There are many reported benefits for this product but I take it for improved hair growth. I have been taking it since last year and have seen some improvement and even regrowth where it had been receding due to stress and age. It does take time to work and its not a miracle cure. started on one a day but now taking 2 a day.

The only thing that happened to me when taking this tablet was that I put on weight, despite eating less and I got very constipated. My breast do not look any different. I use the cream alongside the tablets but I see no difference.
