I tried this out instead of the usual 10mg alternative Biovea offer and it is SO much better! It's a capsule filled with powder so absorbed quicker. I've been able to reduce the amount of melatonin I use because of this new format. Same ingredients just the different format from tablet to this capsule helps hugely. And I'm a chronically bad sleeper and been on every narcotic medication. This has been the most helpful recently. Very happy this is being supplied by Biovea.
