For all ages: Your child’s health depends on proper formula preparation. DO NOT exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless otherwise specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm.

• Wash hands & surfaces with soap & warm water
• Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle
• Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water
• Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved
• Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour

Serious burns can result · Prepared formula must be refrigerated · Discard leftover formula after feeding · Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to a child diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional. The use of sterile purified, demineralized, deionized, distilled or reverse osmosis filtered water is recommended. If using tap water, bring to a rolling boil for one minute and cool for no more than 30 minutes.

Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours · Cover opened formula can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month · Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
