Im 59. Only just stopped periods. Been taking this for about 8 years...12 mg daily, with a few breaks. If I take more e.g 25mg,,,can make skin too oily / congested and im irritable. I initially took it at a depressed period with low libido/ dryness. It helped with all. Especially mood. It also keeps me less rounded....i think my boobs are fuller ehen i dont take it. Genuine dhea i think. (It is supposed to be bitter). Though this batch is dlightly less bitter. I usually buy Puritans Pride, but Im happy to vouch for these.
