We pride ourselves on our service and product quality. We hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase, however, we realize that returns are sometimes necessary.
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a full refund.
You will simply need to provide your order number, e-mail address associated with your order and a brief description of the problem.
We will then contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA number.
- Credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Postage for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, however, we will refund the original postage and packing costs and there are never any restocking fees.
Haven't Received Your Order?
As a worldwide distributor, we partner with the best shipping carriers possible to promptly and reliably deliver your order to you. However, delays or other unforeseen issues with shipments can sometimes occur. In the unlikely event that your shipment does not arrive, we will be happy to either refund or reship your item(s).
If your order has not yet arrived, we require waiting a minimum of 30 days after placing the order before requesting a refund or reshipment of items. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
